...crap. I still find it difficult to believe that most of my friends and classmates are already of, or turning to, legal age this year. Especially my friends. Most especially my friends. All right. So that was a bit redundant. Anyway, I still can't process that fact in my head since we act quite immature for our age. After all, how many undergrads have mistaken us as juniors, sophomores, freshmen and even graders (not all)? Flattered as I am whenever one of the undergrads expresses his/her surprise at the knowledge that I'm a senior, I can't stay on acting like a child. Come June, I'm going to have to face the big, scary world of college. And I don't think that the people there would be as childish as me and my friends. Oh well. I hope Jiaan had a pleasant birthday. I also found out that a "surprise" party is going to be held around the end of March for a friend who's also going to turn 18. But since my friend already knows about it, it's not really a surprise. Lol. Though the times that I have seen my batchmates prepare surprises for their friends' birthday have left me feeling a bit...sad...and depressed. It leaves me wondering whether they would do the same thing for me, whether any friend would bother getting out of his/her way just to throw a surprise for me. I understand that my birthday is in the middle of April which is summer time so they can't really do anything for me like... I need to stop this before I get down in the dumps again. We're going to have our Graduation Mass this coming Saturday and I still don't feel like I'm going to graduate soon. And thinking about Chimes work is starting to make me lazy...sometimes, I just regret my agreeing to be part of the staff...but I suppose it's just me wanting to relax and be a lazy bum...so some work really isn't bad. I wonder, though, how my parents are going to react if I continue returning to school just to work on the year book in April. They'd have a fit. I'm certain of it. In other news, I've been reading a lot of Hermione-centric fanfiction lately. And I've wasted 20 to 40 pesos of my load/credit during practice a while ago since I decided to update myself on the life of Jenna. She's a friend who's studying in ICA. And before I forget, my brother doesn't need to attend summer classes. It's such a relief. We'll be able to get on with our three-week vacation trip.
