Yesterday was my graduation. I'm not going to be sentimental and go over what happened. My parents captured the best part of the ceremony anyway, the part when the entire batch was singing. Maybe I'll talk about it when I'm not feeling so lazy.

I, along with Zhandra, went to Ateneo to confirm my slot. We met plenty of Judenites at the Office of Admission and Aid. It was the reason why I didn't get to talk to any of my friends when I went to SJ earlier to get my siblings' and my report card. I was walking briskly from one classroom to another and I didn't get to check my card since the only thought going through my head was that I had to get to Ateneo before they close. Good thing the driver took his time. I was able to see the error on my card.

It gave me quite a scare.

Apparently, it said there that I lacked units in both Chinese subjects. I found that hard to believe since I never had a failing mark in my report card. Zhandra told me not to mind it since it was also written that I am eligible for college. I still returned anyway. Mrs. Olalo had to erase that part.

Her reaction when she found out was funny. Good thing Mr. Baccay was there. He was composed the whole time and he kind of told her what she had to do.

I'm a bit annoyed that I didn't get to meet my friends because I had to go to ADMU. But I'm also glad that I already confirmed my slot. At least there were only a few people today.

Oh well. I still have to return to SJ at April 17 for Chimes.

Federico, my brother in second year, has three red marks in his card (different quarters) yet he still managed to rank 14 in his class. Mom shrieked when she found out. Dad laughed. They couldn't believe it. They were ecstatic. Even Fed couldn't believe it. Heck, it was the highlight of the day. And Ms. Paronda told me to get him to join the Math Club since he's good in Math. I don't think he'll join. He's too lazy. My parents and I have been trying fruitlessly to get him to join an organization for some time.

Knowing that he's good in Math is a relief for me since he wants to follow Dad's footsteps and be a civil engineer.
